Private Sessions
In Mound City, private and semi-private sessions include Pilates with the Reformer and other Pilates apparatus to help you reach your goals.
Why private sessions?
- If you want one-on-one attention to focus on your goals and needs.
- Whether it is gaining strength and mobility so you can get up and down from the floor, or want to challenge your fitness level and build strength, tone and improve your mobility, private sessions are for you.
- If you aren’t that confident in group classes and would have the pace set to your needs.
- If you are limited on time, there are 45 and 60 minute sessions are available.
- If you already know what you should do, but making time to do it seldom happens.
Semi-Private Training Two reformers. One instructor. Infinite results. Our semi-private reformer sessions combine the personalization of private training with the shared energy of a partner workout. Each 60-minute session is built around your goals—core strength, toning, flexibility, balance, or overall fitness—and adapted to both participants’ needs.
