Group Fitness classes to dedicated to help you feel your best! Decrease aches and pains, increase tone and strength and move with more ease.

Mondays

-8:00 am-8:45 am – Stretch
-5:15-6:10 pm – Strength

Thursdays
5:15 – 6:15 pm – Align (a slightly slower version of Strength class)

Fridays
-8:00 – 8:45 am – Stretch + Sculpt

Saturdays – 8 am Strength (No Saturday Class on June 15 or 22nd. There will be class on June 8 and June 29th)

Strength

This class is built around small, isolated movements and high intensity.  Light weights and fitness bands are used in this class. You will build strength, tone and sculpt your muscles in this class.

Stretch Class
This is a member’s favorite! The class includes restorative movements, as well as strength work. There are minimal transitions from standing to seated positions. You will feel better, move better, and speed up recovery.

Align

This class is slightly slower paced then the “strength” class, with emphasis on repetition and building strength and endurance, mind and body.

Pilates is mixed into all classes!

Pilates is low impact movements that will shape your body. All classes use body weight and/or light weights and fitness bands for additional challenge.

Full body group classes that will:
– strengthen your body and mind
– reduce stress
– improve balance and flexibility
– decrease aches and pains
– increase your levels of energy

 

Want to take class as many times as you would like, wherever you are and whenever works with your schedule?

This membership is changing and is available for you if you don’t have time to attend the studio and want to take classes online. All you need is an internet connection.

Each week the classes are rotated out and replaced with other classes. These class videos will eventually repeat. I am currently not creating new content for the membership. This membership is currently not taking new members.
