Different class styles
- In Mound City & Fort Scott!
Yoga Sculpt
You will flow from one position/pose to another. The class includes traditional yoga poses with hand weights and small, isolated movements blended in. You will leave feeling stronger, calmer & more flexible.
Stretch Class
This class includes restorative movements, as well as a small amount of strength work. There are minimal transitions from standing to seated positions. You will feel better, move better, and speed up recovery.
Align
You will build strength, focus and flexibility while having fun in this yoga-focused class. You will move/flow through different postures, build some heat with strength and core work woven in—all with options for different fitness levels offered throughout.
Strength Class
This class is built around small, isolated movements and high intensity. Light weights and fitness props are used. You will build strength, tone and sculpt your muscles in this class.A fun mix of Pilates/Barre & a bit of cardio to leave you feeling strong & amazing.

Classes

Want to take class as many times as you would like, wherever you are and whenever works with your schedule?
This membership is changing and is available for you if you don’t have time to attend the studio and want to take classes online. All you need is an internet connection.
Each week the classes are rotated out and replaced with other classes. These class videos will eventually repeat. I am currently not creating new content for the membership. This membership is currently not taking new members.
