Classes for You after you have had your sweet babe and have the release from your Doctor to exercise. Please do not do abdominal work, or lay flat after you are “showing” during pregnancy. If you have a current exercise routine, from before pregnancy, please ask your provider what modifications you should make. Also, after showing, stay off of your belly. All the modifications are worth it!
