New Year’s Day class schedule is different! Stretch class is at 9:00 am and Strength is at 9:50-10:35 am
Please check fhe calendar for the most up-to-date schedule. Some weeks the below class days and times change. 

Mondays 
-8:00 am-8:45 am – Stretch
-5:15-6:10 pm – Strength

Thursdays
5:45 – 6:40 pm – Align – A slower version of the Strength class

Fridays
-8:00 – 8:45 am – Stretch + Sculpt

Strength

This class is built around small, isolated movements and high intensity.  Light weights and fitness bands are used in this class. You will build strength, tone and sculpt your muscles in this class.

Stretch Class
This is a member’s favorite! The class includes restorative movements, as well as strength work. There are minimal transitions from standing to seated positions. You will feel better, move better, and speed up recovery.

Yoga Sculpt

This class “flows” from one position/pose to another. The class includes traditional yoga poses with light weights and small, isolated movements blended in. You will leave feeling stronger, more mobile and calmer.

Align

Similar to the Strength class, except slowed down with more repetition. Focus on the movement and your breath.

Reaching goals is possible, and so is maintaining those goals. Whether it is getting rid of your aches and pains, improving your balance and strength, or and losing weight (even as you age). It is possible and you can do it. You just need the right tools to help you get there and stay there, and we offer you those tools.

Classes

Full body group classes that will:
– strengthen your body and mind
– reduce stress
– improve balance and flexibility
– decrease aches and pains
– increase your levels of energy

 

Want to take class as many times as you would like, wherever you are and whenever works with your schedule?

This membership is changing and is available for you if you don’t have time to attend the studio and want to take classes online. All you need is an internet connection.

Each week the classes are rotated out and replaced with other classes. These class videos will eventually repeat. I am currently not creating new content for the membership. This membership is currently not taking new members.
