Natural Remedy for Sunburn Relief

This past weekend, our daughter got a really bad sunburn. By day 2, she had painful blisters on her cheeks and forehead. She was miserable. We used this simple, natural solution to reduce the heat, shrink the blisters, moisturize her skin and greatly relieve her pain. It literally worked within minutes! She feels much better.

Here’s our summer sunburn remedy:
– 1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
– 2/3 c. water
– 1 Tbls. honey

Mix together and gently apply with a wash cloth. Do not rinse off. Repeat as needed.
