The Virtual Live class schedule is as follows (via zoom):
–Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 9:00 am Power Stretch
–Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00-6:30 am cardio + strength*
–Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:45-7:30  am Power Yoga Class*
–Tuesday’s and Thursdays at 12:30 pm Yoga Flow All Levels (Tuesdays are currently power stretch)
–Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30 pm: Power Yoga Class
*The more the merrier. If the class sizes remain small, then these classes may be canceled at a later date.

If you have never taken a class from me, about my teaching style… In teacher training, I was given the nickname “Mama Bear.” I’m always looking for your strengths and encouraging you to find your edges–and stay with them–with a playful attitude.

Your yoga mat is the safest space I know to try on something new, fall and get up again, and lean into discomfort and search for some ease. Learning to find ease in the discomfort can take you a lot further than just some cool-looking yoga poses (nothing against cool yoga poses), but into a transformation that you walk out of the studio with–to change your world.

My 200-hour teacher training is through Yoga Works. My continued training is with the Baptiste Institute and Radiant Yoga 300-YTT.
