Your Health

As women, our health is often put on the back-burner. There are too many other things to do, it seems selfish to take time to move more, eat better, and be still.

“Above all else, guard your heart, everything you do flows from it.” – Proverb 4:23

What we think and believe matters. How we live our day-to-day, moment-to-moment matter. You are not being selfish to make time to care for the body God gave you. What we put into our mouths and how we care for our physical bodies affects everything we do.

If you are passionate about loving God and the people in your life well, you need to be grounded in who you are and who God says you are. Movement, mindfulness, and eating well are the modern world’s practice of dying a little bit to your self.

We are here to help you:
-prepare food and eat mindfully
-move well (no matter your age and level of fitness)
-create habits that help you stay honest with yourself and your health
-let go of what is holding you back from being your best
-help you take the steps to rise up and be ALL of who God created you to be
