Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to bring to the studio for group classes?

All you need is a water bottle and a yoga mat (if you have one), and a positive attitude. The studio provides extra mats and all the props you’ll need for class. A restroom is available for your use, and cubbies are provided for your personal belongings. No previous experience necessary.

What do I need to bring to the studio for private sessions?

All you need is water, grip socks, and a positive mindset! Grip socks are required for all Pilates Reformer workouts—they’re available for purchase at the studio, or you’re welcome to bring your own. Please wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing so nothing gets caught in the equipment. No previous Pilates experience is necessary—just come ready to move and feel great!
