I keep trying to join a Virtual Live class, but the button doesn't change or let me in. What do I do?

If you happen beat the teacher to class, and they haven’t officially “started” the class, please don’t give up. Hit the refresh button on your browser. Once the teacher has started the class, the button will change and you will be able to re-enter. If you don’t hit the refresh button, it may seem like the class never opened.

If for some reason, the reset button isn’t changing. You can try logging out, and logging back in. Incase you lost the link, here is the link to get back to class, go here: https://app.namastream.com/#/up-dog-yoga-studio-1/auth/signup
